Used for gluing operations, these specialized rollers allow you to move glue lines
anywhere on the roller, helping you to speed production. Each segment is
molded to an aluminum core. The individual segments can be positioned where needed
on the stainless steel shaft and locked in place with a set screw.

How Many Segmented Glue Rollers?
When spot gluing on the register table for a letter fold, a minimum of three segmented
glue rollers are required. Although the signature closes between the 4th and 5th roller, a
glue relief is still required. This avoids squeezing the glue into the signature, resulting in
unwanted tearing of paper fibers, and customer rejection of work.
